The purchase and shipping was excellent, but after I washed my duvet cover for the first time, it didn’t wash well, the fabric fells like poor quality (I know it’s 300 thread count but I have sheets like that and the quality is far superior) and being sateen cotton- it is has dull fibers and in my experience, normally a sateen is smoother with some shine . It’s beautiful but for how price of it- the quality is unfortunately not reflected after I washed it.

Ordered my daughters coat almost 2 weeks ago now, paid for delivery, still waiting have had no explanation about where it is or why it still has not yet arrived! Will never use this brand again worst service Iv received.also still no refund or product!

I am a huge fan of your brand. I’ve been a customer for at least 3 years and have always enjoyed my experience with each purchase. I have no helpful feedback to provide aside from wishing you had more selection in office attire.

I ordered items as a gift for someone. The item itself is ok ish. It had mark.. it look like dirt on the Ted baker brand circle thing and the item was delivered in clear cheap plastic bag, with the price tag as well, even tho I selected that it is a gift..Little bit disaster if you ask me for the price you pay

Yesterday I received the purse I ordered. It is wonderful, exactly like in the description and in the photos. It looks beautiful, made of solid material. I am very pleased. I recommend Ted Baker’s products to everyone!

Dreadful product (arrived with a large hole in it which, due to it also arriving late had no alternative but to be repaired so I had something to wear to an event). Followed by a very negative customer service experience. No refund or even apology offered.

Bought 2 pairs of trousers.
• 1 arrived fine.
• 1 arrived damaged inside the packaging (packaging was not damaged).

Therefore quality control must not be great wherever these were shipped from, as it was fairly obvious the moment I opened the bag that something sharp must have caught the fabric before it was posted.

I'm hoping Ted Baker don't try and blame the customer for this, especially since they charge £3 delivery for their returns and only make it free if they 'deem' it to be faulty.

I the bag I ordered was pictured as pink and described as being black. Those cannot both be true. I took a change that it would match the black makeup back and it didn’t. It was pink. Still cute and I’m keeping it but more clarity would make sense.

Delivery was very quick and merchandise, as expected, quite beautiful although it did not work out for my event so will be returning. My issue is that your store staff advised that all shipping and returns were free and now I see there is a $7.00 fee to return. So, my rating would have been much better if not for the misrepresentation on returns.

Really love my two new ted baker men's shirts i bought from your store website. Demios short sleeve spot print shirt medium blue and Briary short sleeve wave print shirt light green both shirts fit nicely love the patterns and colours on shirt and also they wash and iron nicely am. Always very happy with mens clothing.
